Service Description
Meet one-on-one with GREIA Events wedding coordinator to discuss your wedding vision, priorities, budget, venue, guest count, decor, vendors, timeline, and the support you need. During this consultation, we'll get to know you, we get to answer your questions, explore your ideas, and recommend the GREIA Events Services or planning package that best complements your celebration. Whether you're just beginning to plan or already have many details in place, this consultation is designed to give you clarity and help us understand how we can bring your vision together beautifully.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: A deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received and your booking has been approved by GREIA Events. Payments: Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon for your event. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, as your event date is reserved exclusively for you. Any additional payments made may be subject to the terms of your service agreement. Rescheduling: Requests to change your event date are subject to GREIA Events’ availability and must be approved. Additional fees may apply. Changes: Changes to event location, hours, guest count, services, or event requirements may result in additional charges. Booking Requests: Submitting a booking request or payment does not automatically guarantee availability. Your booking is confirmed only after approval from GREIA Events.
