To ensure a safe, beautiful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following policies apply to all GREIA Event Cart services and rentals.
Care & Damage Responsibility
All carts, serving displays, containers, décor, equipment, utensils, signage, and accessories provided by GREIA Events remain the property of GREIA Events. The client is responsible for damage, loss, theft, staining, misuse, or excessive cleaning caused by the client, guests, venue, or other vendors during the event.
If an item is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the client may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement. Photos and/or documentation may be provided when applicable.
Guest Use & Children
Guests may enjoy and interact with the food or treats being served, but they may not climb, sit, stand, lean heavily on, move, dismantle, or place personal belongings on the cart.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while near the cart. GREIA Events is not responsible for injuries resulting from unauthorized use, horseplay, or failure to supervise children.
Moving the Cart
Once our team has positioned and installed the cart, it may only be moved by GREIA Events staff. Clients, guests, venue employees, and other vendors should not relocate or modify the setup without permission.
Food & Service
Food is prepared, displayed, and served according to the selected package and scheduled service period. Guests should inform GREIA Events of known food allergies or dietary requirements in advance; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate all risk of cross-contact.
Food quantities are based on the confirmed guest count and package selected. Additional or unexpected guests are not guaranteed service.
Outdoor Events & Weather
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a safe and reasonably level location for the cart. Severe weather, high winds, heavy rain, extreme heat, flooding, or other unsafe conditions may require the cart to be relocated, temporarily closed, or service discontinued for the protection of guests, staff, food, and equipment.
GREIA Events reserves the right to make reasonable safety decisions regarding operation of the cart.
Venue Access & Setup
The client is responsible for confirming that the venue permits the selected cart service and provides reasonable access for delivery, setup, service, and removal.
Any parking, valet, toll, permit, venue access, loading, or similar charges required to complete service may be the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Respect for Our Team
GREIA Events is committed to providing professional and respectful service. Harassment, threats, aggressive behavior, discrimination, intentional interference with service, or unsafe conduct toward our staff will not be tolerated.
GREIA Events reserves the right to pause or discontinue service when reasonably necessary to protect our employees, contractors, guests, or equipment.
Event Damage or Unexpected Incidents
If an accident or unexpected incident occurs, please notify a GREIA Events team member immediately. Clients and guests should not attempt to repair damaged equipment themselves.
Charges for client-responsible damage will be assessed based on the actual reasonable repair or replacement cost.
Booking Acknowledgment
By booking a GREIA Event Cart service, the client acknowledges the applicable service details and policies provided with the booking. Additional terms may be included in the service agreement or contract.
