The Arabella
A vision of timeless botanical elegance, The Arabella is a sculptural floral arrangement where delicate ivory blooms meet layers of fresh, verdant greens. Designed with an airy, organic silhouette, each stem is intentionally placed to create graceful movement, dimension, and a refined garden-inspired finish.
The composition features elegant white anthuriums, romantic ivory garden roses, soft green hydrangeas, delicate pale-green ranunculus, wispy white blossom branches, and cascading green amaranthus, finished with layers of lush botanical foliage.
Its palette of ivory white, soft cream, sage, celadon, and fresh garden green makes The Arabella especially beautiful for modern, European, garden, and timeless wedding designs.

By reserving, accepting delivery of, picking up, possessing, or using rental items provided by GREIA Events, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable rental terms below. These policies are designed to protect our clients, guests, employees, contractors, and rental inventory.
Rental Period & Return
Rental items are provided only for the date and rental period confirmed in the reservation. Items must be available for pickup or returned at the agreed date, time, and location.
Keeping rental items beyond the agreed rental period without prior written approval may result in additional rental, labor, transportation, or late-return charges.
Ownership of Rental Items
All rented furniture, décor, florals, structures, linens, serving pieces, accessories, equipment, and other rental inventory remain the exclusive property of GREIA Events.
Rental items may not be sold, loaned, transferred, sub-rented, altered, painted, permanently decorated, dismantled, or removed from the event location without prior authorization.
Damage, Loss, Theft & Replacement
Normal wear from appropriate use is expected.
The client may be financially responsible for rental items that are lost, stolen, missing, broken, burned, excessively stained, permanently marked, improperly used, intentionally damaged, or otherwise returned in a condition requiring repair or replacement beyond normal wear.
When applicable, GREIA Events may provide photographs or other documentation of the condition.
Charges will be based on the reasonable cost of cleaning, repair, replacement, associated parts, or other expenses necessary to restore or replace the affected property.
Prohibited Use
Unless specifically approved by GREIA Events, clients and guests may not:
Stand, jump, climb, or dance on tables, chairs, carts, arches, backdrops, or decorative structures.
Move or dismantle equipment that GREIA Events has installed or secured.
Use open flames near artificial florals, linens, backdrops, furniture, or other potentially flammable décor.
Attach nails, screws, staples, permanent adhesive, paint, glue, or other damaging materials to rental property.
Expose indoor-only rental items to rain, standing water, sprinklers, mud, excessive heat, or other damaging conditions.
Use rental items for purposes other than their intended function.
Children & Guest Supervision
The client is responsible for reasonable supervision of children and guests around rental equipment.
Children should not climb, swing from, play underneath, dismantle, or otherwise misuse arches, backdrops, carts, tables, chairs, decorative structures, or equipment.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery charges are based on location, distance, rental quantity, accessibility, staffing requirements, and other logistical considerations.
The client must provide accurate event and delivery information and ensure reasonable access for our team.
Additional charges may apply for circumstances such as difficult access, stairs, long carrying distances, restricted loading areas, parking fees, valet charges, tolls, venue-required fees, excessive waiting time, or additional trips caused by circumstances outside GREIA Events’ reasonable control.
Setup & Placement
When setup is included, the client or authorized event representative should confirm the desired placement before installation is completed.
After heavy, delicate, assembled, or secured rental items have been installed, they should not be moved by guests or unauthorized individuals.
Additional labor charges may apply if substantial relocation or reconfiguration is requested after setup has been completed.
Venue Requirements
The client is responsible for confirming that the venue permits the rented equipment, décor, installation methods, delivery schedule, and pickup arrangements.
The client must disclose relevant venue restrictions to GREIA Events before the event.
GREIA Events is not responsible for consequences arising solely from undisclosed venue restrictions or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Outdoor Rentals & Weather
The client is responsible for providing an appropriate and reasonably safe location for outdoor rental items.
Rain, high winds, flooding, lightning, extreme temperatures, unstable ground, or other hazardous conditions may make installation or continued use unsafe.
GREIA Events reserves the right to reasonably delay, relocate, modify, decline, or remove an installation when conditions present a significant safety risk to guests, workers, or property.
Indoor-only items must not be left outdoors overnight or exposed to damaging weather.
Candles, Fire & Heat
Open flames may only be used when specifically permitted by GREIA Events and the venue.
The client is responsible for ensuring that candles, heaters, cooking equipment, sparklers, cigarettes, and other heat or flame sources remain a safe distance from rental items.
Damage caused by burns, wax, smoke, fire, excessive heat, or improper candle use may result in cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.
Linens & Fabric Rentals
Linens and fabrics must not be cut, permanently altered, burned, or used for purposes other than those approved.
Permanent stains, wax, paint, glue, excessive food or beverage staining, mildew, burns, tears, or other damage that cannot reasonably be cleaned may result in additional charges.
Floral & Decorative Rentals
Artificial floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, greenery, vessels, candles, stands, and decorative accessories must be returned with all original components.
Flowers, stems, bases, vessels, or decorative pieces should not be removed, cut, rearranged, or permanently altered without authorization.
Missing components may be charged individually.
Safety & Right to Refuse Unsafe Conditions
GREIA Events prioritizes the safety of clients, guests, employees, contractors, and property.
Our team may refuse to install equipment in a location reasonably believed to be unsafe or unsuitable.
GREIA Events may pause or discontinue work if staff members experience threats, harassment, aggressive conduct, dangerous behavior, or conditions that create an unreasonable safety risk.
Other Vendors
GREIA Events is not responsible for damage caused to our rental property by another vendor, venue employee, guest, or other third party.
The client’s responsibility for rental property is not automatically eliminated because another individual caused the damage.
Personal Property
Clients and guests should not leave cash, jewelry, gifts, purses, electronics, cards, or other valuables unattended on or inside rental equipment unless the item is specifically designed for that purpose.
GREIA Events cannot guarantee the security of personal belongings left at an event.
Acknowledgment of Rental Policies
By completing a reservation, the client acknowledges receiving access to the applicable rental policies and agrees to follow the terms contained in the booking confirmation and signed rental agreement.
GREIA Events reserves the right to update general website policies for future reservations. The terms applicable to an existing confirmed reservation will be determined by the agreement and policies associated with that booking.
Our goal is to provide beautiful, professionally maintained rentals while creating a safe and respectful experience for every client, guest, venue, and member of the GREIA Events team.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the event location and rental order. Events located more than 50 miles away may require an additional travel/delivery fee. Please contact GREIA Events for a personalized delivery quote.
